Consumer Directed Services
Aspen Homecare is one of the most trusted agencies that can facilitate Consumer Directed Services or CDS. This program is a Medicaid-based program and is available to eligible clients/participants in our service area scope.
CDS provides for a Personal Care Attendant who assists clients/participants with disabilities with the purpose of promoting their independence and quality of life. Because it is “Consumer Directed” to begin with, the client/participant will hire the attendants to assist them with ADL activities, homemaking and other day to day needs.
Along the way, the staff at Aspen Homecare will help the individual or the family in finding a suitable attendant who will be employed by the client/participant of CDS. The attendant can be a friend or a family member.
